Veronica & Daren’s Chicago Lincoln Park engagement session is full of pups, cute dresses, beautiful foliage & the beach- could there be a better description for an engagement session?? I think not!

I met these three cuties on a stunning September evening at the always classic spot, the Lincoln Park zoo. We spent the first half of our shoot in the nature-y area with their insanely adorable dog, which as loyal readers will know just made my day! I am a huge dog/animal in general lover and so whenever they get included in a photoshoot, I’m so happy. Plus, it just makes for even better photos of your little family <3

The next half of our shoot was basically one of my favorite parts of a session of all time! Veronica’s dress was so stunning and fit the beach, romantic vibe perfectly. They were willing to be adventurous and go fully in the water, which I absolutely love! It’s so romantic and makes for stunning, super fun images. Since they got engaged in Hawaii on a beach, we decided to recreate the proposal, and do a champagne pop afterwards! They had so much fun re-living such a special moment all over again 🙂 Besides all of these perfect shoot elements, the love they share was so lovely to experience and watch- their non-stop giggles really say it all.
