Oh how I love a Chicago pre-wedding session- even in the freezing cold! I met up with these two on a 0 degree afternoon at North Avenue Beach in January, definitely not expecting them to show up looking like this! I was shocked, but also so excited because wow! How stunning is Vivian’s gown? And paired with the blue suit? Perfect colors for a light & airy vibe. They wanted photos before their upcoming wedding, and as they were visiting Chicago from out of town, we couldn’t reschedule to a nicer day, so we went for it! These two were super troopers and we made it a full half hour before they called it haha. But, sometimes when you have an outside factor creating a time crunch, it works out even better! We moved quickly, got through all the shots and poses they were hoping for, and kept our fingers & toes 😉 This session is proof that even a tough weather day can look amazing in photos. I always love how the beach looks with snow on it, and the lighting was so soft & beautiful, so overall very worth it.
