If you haven’t noticed from past blogs, I absolutely adore The West Ridge Nature Preserve as an engagement session location here in Chicago! So when Sam & Chris told me they wanted a woodsy vibe, I knew just the place 😉 We met on a very chilly, but lovely, afternoon in November, and spent the afternoon wandering the park, and me capturing the very caring & romantic love these two have for each other. There’s something about a winter sunset that is just the best- it lent for this perfect soft lighting, that honestly makes me calm just looking through these photos! I also had the honor of capturing their wedding this most recent July, so keep an eye out for that blog too, it was a prettttttty darn good wedding 🙂
