One of my favorite places for an Evanston engagement session is Lighthouse Beach! So when Lauren & Will decided on it for their fall engagement session, I was thrilled! We met on a beautiful fall evening, and spent the night running around this stunning property. The reason I love this spot so much is because of the incredible variety you get here- it’s a great one stop shop if you only want to do one location for your engagement session. From the amazing abandoned house, to the greenery to the easy beach access, it really gets you a million different looks in one.

Now onto how amazing Lauren & Will are! From my first call with Lauren I knew we’d be friends, and I was right! We all spent the whole session laughing non-stop. I am so in love with how in love with each other they are- it made for a really easy job for me 😉 It’s so obvious how excited they are to get married, and how much fun they have together. Because we clicked so much, I decided to make them my guinea pigs for some new techniques I wanted to try with motion blur, and it turned out perfectly! It’s always a little scary trying something new (especially something that means the photos won’t be “technically perfect”) but I’m so thankful for clients like these two how trust me enough to let me get ~a lil weird~.
