Colors, florals, DIY, pizza trucks & more from Jacqueline & John’s incredible Blumen Gardens wedding! This day was filled with so much beauty & joy and I can’t wait for my loyal followers to finally be seeing it all 🙂

I first met Jacqueline & John at their engagement session in Lincoln Park. We had a wonderful evening wandering around the park and getting adorable shots of these two lovebirds. Cut to 2022, and it was finally their wedding day at Blumen Gardens! I knew from the start this would be a beautiful, thoughtful day: Jacqueline had made so many of their details by hand (and expertly done if I do say so myself!) and it was all right up my alley with all of the pastels, dreamy vibes & florals. Especially perfect for a garden themed venue like Blumen.

We spent the morning with them both getting ready at the venue, and then went right into their first look, couple & wedding party photos! I love the shades of blue they picked out for both the bridesmaids & groomsmen. Next up was their loving ceremony, and after they “I-do’s” it was party time! They wanted to spend more time doing couple photos (my kind of people!) and so we didn’t get to cocktail hour, but I think it was worth it for all the stunning shots we got of the two of them.

Once they were seated for dinner, they had all of their wedding party and family make heartfelt speeches, and we had pizza from a pizza truck! Such a fun (and delicious) idea. Then Jacqueline did an outfit change and we did one of my favorite champagne pops of all time! People are always nervous when I say to really shake it up and go for it, but John really followed directions here and nailed it. I left them to dance the night away with all of their guests- what a perfect summer wedding 🙂 So take a peek through this Blumen Gardens wedding and be inspired <3
