Oh how I love a great Chicago elopement wedding! Especially when it’s extra special, as Camilla & Adrianna’s day was. These two love birds came all the way from Panama to elope! Unfortunately in Panama, there are still no pro same-sex marriage laws, so these two knew they had to get married elsewhere, and chose Chicago! They had always wanted to visit, so even though November isn’t the best time to be in Chicago, they came up here to become wife & wife 🙂

We met up on a very chilly day at the Honeycomb in the Lincoln Park Zoo area. It was just the two of them, an officiant, Camilla’s mom & a live stream back to their friends and family at home! The ceremony was short & sweet, and once they said “I do!!” they chatted a bit with their viewers, and then we took off around the beautiful area for photos. These two are clearly so in love, it was amazing to get to witness them finally getting married after waiting so long to do so. And how beautiful do they both look, despite the cold?? I loved their dresses, and you’d never be able to tell that we were all freezing haha. It’s incredibly special to be a part of anyone’s wedding day, but even more so with two people so in love that they’d be willing to leave their country just to make their union legal.
