Oh boy, a Chicago proposal on a roof top? Sign me up please! Especially when it’s at one of my favorite hotels in the city, The Robey! The Robey has always been a favorite of mine for getting ready photos on a wedding day, so when Brian came to me with plans to propose to Betsy on the rooftop, I was thrilled! Being a Chicago proposal photographer in general is always amazing (proposals will always be my favorite kind of shoot!), but when the skyline is involved, it’s even better. Once Betsy said “yes!” Brian further surprised her with all of their immediate family waiting at the bar downstairs. She was so happy & excited, and they spent the rest of the evening with heartfelt toast & lots of champagne and celebrating 🙂
