A romantic forest engagement session? Yes please! April, Brian & I had been trying to make an engagement session happen ever since the spring of 2020 (which, obviously made things hard haha) but ended up having to keep pushing it back because of covid, or rain. It literally rained the first three days we picked haha. But! I am so happy we ended up with the date we did in late October, because it was a perfect fall day. Plus, how perfectly fall is April’s stunning velvet dress?? Everything usually works out for a reason 😉 We spent a chilly but sunny afternoon wandering around St. James Farm, talking about our lives during covid, and their wedding in May. It was so much fun to get to finally know them both better, and capture their love during this wonderful fall forest engagement session in the outside of Chicago. I am so excited for their wedding in May! I know it will be absolutely stunning <3
