Last winter I had the pleasure of joining the incredible Andria Lindquist at one of her boudoir workshops in Seattle! I had been following her wedding work for a long time, and her starting to do boudoir photography was what inspired me to try it myself 🙂 So it was quite the dream fulfilled to learn from the master. I flew out there and spent 2 incredible days with her and 15 or so other incredible women- it was the best. We learned a ton, and also got to do some amazing shoots with stunning models at the Ace Hotel, and then also at Humano Studios. At every shoot Andria encouraged us to try new things and experiment, which is honestly exactly what I needed to break out of the little rut I was feeling like I was in with my work. Besides the work and learning itself, I got the chance to bond and network with some amazing fellow boudoir photographers from all of the country, so overall it was an incredibly inspiring two days, and I’ll be forever glad I did it 🙂
