Is there anything better than a surprise Chicago Wrigley Building proposal!? Especially on a perfectly sunny day with an adorable & chic couple? I think not! Plus, these two were just the cutest, and Jenna’s reaction is still one of my all time favorites! Tyler contacted me about capturing his proposal to Jenna, and when he said it would be at the Wrigley Building I was so excited! This is such a classic spot in the city and easily one of my top places to shoot! Especially for proposals, because there’s usually a musician playing nearby, so it makes for a perfect proposal atmosphere <3

We planned to meet up on a gorgeous fall afternoon, and I pretended to play tourist taking nature/skyline photos (which is easy to do in this area since everyone has a camera there!) until I saw them get into position. Then he dropped down on one knee and she of course said YES! After some celebrating, we spent some time taking photos of this adorable newly engaged couple, as we secretly walked to meet up with her family that came into town as a surprise! We met up with them and it was just so much happiness. Proposal photography is seriously my favorite kind of photography session because of all the pure joy!
