A Ping Tom Park engagement session plus amazing dogs!? What else could you need! It’s always so special when I get to photograph friends. Giselle & I met through work (she’s an INCREDIBLE makeup artist!) when we did this styled shoot back in 2018 (still obsessed with it!) and developed a friendship through our mutual love of animals, weddings, fashion and more.

Cut to 2021, and while were at lunch, she tells me that her and her boyfriend Johnny are engaged and want me to do their photos! I was thrilled 🙂 Then in 2022, we finally made that happen! We met near their apartment in Pilsen with their three adorable pups for some group photos, and then went over to Ping Tom Park for the rest of their engagement session. It was a perfect mix of cuteness and chic vibes, and I loved it all. It was amazing to get to see them in this way- all cute and couple-y 😉 Something most people don’t get to witness with their friends, so I felt extremely privileged they trusted me to take these photos for them. This year (2023) we did their elopement and I can’t wait to post all about that incredible day on the blog too.
