Katie & Nick’s Downtown Chicago engagement session was classic & fun! We met up on a beautiful summer evening at one of my favorite downtown spots- The Wrigley Building and had a wonderful time exploring the area! I loved Katie’s dress so much- so cute and fun and the perfect summer vibes. Whenever someone mentions they want to shoot on the Riverwalk, I always suggest the Wrigley Building instead, and I think this is a perfect example of why! Since you’re a bit above the river you actually get a better city view, plus the building itself is so stunning (white & gold architecture is my favorite!), and all the neutral colors really help you stand out in the photos.

Next, we went to the always perfect Lincoln Park Zoo area for their more casual look. The sunset was simply perfect and we really go to take advantage of that golden hour glow. These two are clearly so in love with each other, and it was such a pleasure to be able to capture their love & joy before their big day 🙂 So take a scroll through this classic Downtown Chicago engagement session and I promise it’ll make your day better <3
