Sam & Jayson’s Chicago engagement session might be one of the most giggly & adorable sessions I’ve ever done! We met up on a sweltering summer afternoon (like, seriously hot, my camera lens was fogging up the whole time!) at Sam’s childhood park, Winnemac Park in Lincoln Square, and despite the heat, had an amazing time wandering around & capturing their love. Winnemac Park has always been a favorite of mine, and so I was thrilled when they wanted to do their session here. Especially in the summer, it is just a perfect spot! Plus, it’s so meaningful that they could do the session nearby Sam’s childhood home.

These two are just so incredibly natural together- they made my job easy! They didn’t let the heat get them down, and cuddled up together, sweat & all 😂 That plus the amazing flowers and trees in the park just made for such a stunning session. This session proves that sometimes simple is best! So take a gander & see all the fun for yourself in this Chicago engagement session 🙂
