A downtown Chicago engagement session is always a win in my book! Emily & Ted contacted me with an idea for their engagement session, and it worked out so well! We met up at the super adorable Hero Coffee Bar and did a fake proposal shot because they hadn’t officially announced their engagement yet! Such a cute idea to get a good announcement shot, and then also do your engagement session at the same time- very efficient 😉 After that, they changed and we roamed Michigan ave. We started the session a little later than normal, but it turned out to be for the best because we had so much fun playing around with lights & movement, and they were amazing and were up for any weird suggestion I threw at them. Downtown Chicago engagement sessions can be so romantic, and Emily & Ted’s is definitely proof of that fact 🙂
