At the end of 2019/early 2020, my boyfriend and I got the opportunity to live in New York for a few months, so of course I knew I had to set up as many shoots as possible while we were there! This was the very first one I made happen, and the crazy part is that it all came together in under 24 hours! I connected with these two on Instagram, we picked out outfits (Corrin’s all from his own closet, and then for Abby I got to do some styling with clothes from Anthropologie & Zara which was SO much fun), and planned to meet for a shoot at the stunning New York Public Library! I had seen images shot here before, and knew that if I had to shoot one place in NY, it was here. We met up on Abby’s work break, so we had an hour to fit everything in! That made for a really fun dash to get the best shots quickly and efficiently, and I think we got it! The security guard definitely laughed at us running in and out to change, but oh well 😉 Such a fun time creating some engagement session inspiration 🙂
